Toast and honey aromas. Hints of ripe citrus fruits create a fullness, fruitiness and ripeness. A very pleasant champagne with long and lingering aftertaste.

Cremant Arthur Metz      Alsace , non-vintage

Pinot noir/pinot blanc/riesling. Dry sparkling white. Ready  to drink

Pale yellow tones reflecting green. Tiny and regular bubbles. Expressive nose of apple, pear.

Ripe and rich on palate and long , spicy finish.

Chardonnay. Sparkling medium-dry white. Ready to drink



Very fine bubbles. Clear, pale golden hue. An elegant nose, evoking citrus fuits and white flowers. Attack is full and round. Very fresh yet with softness. Long finish with persistant fruity taste.

Poulet Tradition, Clairette de Die, non-vintage

Muscat, clairette. Medium-dry sparkling white. Ready to drink.



Fresh, bright bubbles, pale gold hue.  Attractive aromas of litchi and mango.  On the palate a delicious fruitiness, a hint of ripe fruits from the muscat; balanced with acidity of the clairette grape. Persistant bubbly finish.
